Neal Auction Company's Winter Estates Auction February 23rd & 24thNeal Auction Company's Winter Estates auction is coming up this weekend and will include a nice selection of high-end Victorian Furniture including the Herter Brothers' attributed sofa above. It reminds me more of a Gustave Herter solo effort a la page 132 of the Herter Brothers book. There's too much good furniture in the sale to detail here, including pieces by Belter, Meeks, Bembe & Kimbel and many more, so I recommend you use one of the links above and peruse the catalog at your leisure.
