If you remember this chair from my previous post, I thought I’d update you on the recent sale results – $198,000. It took four minutes to sell and handily exceeded the pre-auction estimate of $30,000-$50,000. It’s in excellent condition and retains it’s original label. It is one of possibly four known and was bought by a D.C. area dealer for resale. More details here and here.
