John Jelliff "Elbow" Armchairs

John Jelliff I ran across these unattributed chairs at an upcoming auction with an unusual design element that I recognized - arms that float on protruding elbows. According to the Newark Museum's "Century of Revivals" publication, this was a unique design element to Jellif & Co. You can see a verified Jelliff chair with this design element on page 46. An extended version of this chair arm with the figural supports can be seen on a Jelliff chair at the Newark Museum site, shown below:
