Here's a great Gothic Revival china cabinet/closet attributed to Charles Toby/Tobey, a Chicago furniture maker that survived the panic of 1857, the three-year depression that followed, and the 1871 Chicago fire. I have seen both spellings of his name used so frequently that I'd rather mention both in case someone looks for either of them. This is a Gothic Revival tour de force with every square inch demonstrating gothic elements.Bidding starts at $4,125 and expected range is $12,500 to $17,500.
